The Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development was transitioning to a cloud-based permitting software and wanted a new online presence that could be a "one-stop shop" for everything related to land and building development in the city and county.  They wanted the new website to serve as a single point of entry online for most development permit requests, online permitting and fee payment, and project tracking.

The Pique PR team helped DPD maximize the benefits of the new permitting system and improvements by designing an online portal with a fresh look and easy, user-centered navigation.  We also developed detailed customer awareness and marketing strategies for launching the new website, Develop901.com. 

 

In 2022, Pique partnered with DPD to develop and implement a marketing and outreach campaign to make residential property owners, contractors, business owners, and trade workers aware of the building permit process and the resources available on Develop901.com.
