FREEDOM PREP

Freedom Preparatory Academy Charter Schools has a mission to prepare all students in grades Pre-Kindergarten (PreK) – 12 to excel in college and in life.  One of Shelby County's top-performing charter school networks, FPA combines a rigorous academic program, a wide variety of extracurricular activities, deeply held core values, and a strong sense of community to create a school experience like no other.

Freedom Prep engaged Pique PR to be an ongoing collaborative communications, marketing, and media relations partner.  The Pique team worked closely with FPA staff to develop content for and manage the network's social media platforms; develop and manage monthly communications to FPA's family and community networks; develop and coordinate the printing of marketing materials for school enrollment campaigns and other initiatives; and craft key messaging for network events and special projects.  Pique also created the Freedom Prep's first-ever annual report to highlight academic achievements and share success stories from each of the network's five schools.  Media management for Freedom Prep involved sending press releases and preparing media kits for various milestones and events, securing op-ed placements, and coordinating interviews and media appearances.  Pique's comprehensive support helped to boost the signal for Freedom Prep and its many accomplishments.
