SHELBY COUNTY COMMUNITY SERVICES

The Shelby County Division of Community Services contributes to ongoing economic security and independence for the people of Shelby County by promoting, coordinating and delivering services that address the underlying conditions for well-being and justice.  In 2019, SCCS wanted to update its brand with a new look that provided visual continuity for the division and its seven departments.  Pique PR served as a thought partner for SCCS for a complete brand refresh and activation.  Our team guided the division through a four-month process of creating a new family of logos and then produced a new website and an informational video to showcase the services that SCCS provides and their impact on the community.  We also developed a communications plan and social media strategies to launch the new brand and created branded marketing collateral and templates for SCCS staff to use in the future.  The new brand was successfully launched in October 2019.
